Hello everyone! 

My name is Juliana Kagan, and I am pleased to welcome you to my website!

I was born in Russia and grew up in the most beautiful city on earth, in St. Petersburg. Art and aesthetics attracted me since childhood, so my first education was theater. I graduated from the Saint-Petersburg Academy of Theatrical Arts with a Master’s degree in “Management of Performing Arts”. I was fortunate to collaborate with multiple top Russian theater directors, to organize many theatrical festivals, and to work with TV, Theater and Ballet stars.

I have a major passion which has long filled my whole life – beauty. Beauty in art, beauty in people, the beauty that each of us carries in their appearance. Style & Fashion is my way to convey beauty to people. I’m a fashion creator, editor and image maker.

As soon as I became a certified imagemaker (graduating from one of the leading schools of St. Petersburg, “Image-Studio 28”) I jumped right into business: designed my own unique training program for future fashion professionals; created series of lectures for top managers of large companies; published articles in fashion magazines; worked at fashion shows; collaborated with various boutiques as a VIP stylist; developed personal style for individuals and corporate clients; provided shopping assistance in Europe.

After I moved to the USA I have been fortunate to meet a few like-minded creative individuals who eventually joined my interests and my profession. I like what I do, and I’m very passionate about my work. That is my philosophy and my biggest interest in my life.

Even though my professional career began 8 years ago, I believe I was born this way! Knowing that my work helps people and makes the world more beautiful, makes me move forward, develop and improve themselves and their business. I do not put the equal sign between the words style and fashion. For fashion comes and goes, while style is eternal. However, is style interesting without fashion? After all, fashion is a great art. My story

How I became a style and fashion consulting specialist

It all started in St. Petersburg (Russia’s fashion capital) in 2012 as a small image-making business focused on personal style and beauty services.

Being an artistic person who constantly looks for and finds beauty everywhere, I have always dreamed to create something special. Well before art and fashion became my profession, I helped my close friends with their styling needs from make-up and choosing a haircut to shopping and wardrobe revisions, motivated by a specific goal or event. Very soon I realized that – seeing potential and talent in other people – I have unique tools to help them to become successful and happy. Since then I don’t stop for even a minute and every day make this idea a reality!

After I moved to the USA I have been fortunate to meet a few like-minded creative individuals who eventually joined my interests and my profession.

What does “uLooq” mean?
That stands for “unique look” or “You Look so…..stylish, beautiful, adorable, stunning, in harmony with yourself…”

Hope Jidenma

Hope Jidenma is a Fashion Show Producer, in charge of every aspect of a runway fashion show production. She has seven years of fashion show production experience starting as an undergraduate at the Art Institute of Philadelphia where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Marketing. As the producer, she coordinate and bring all pieces of the show together, including models, staff, lights, sound, and seating. She loves this work because the responsibilities include both the creative and business duties of producing a fashion show; And of course she loves fashion!

She works with designers in choosing the pieces that form the collection seen onstage. Once the pieces for the collection are chosen, she brings in stylists to make sure the outfits are fitted to models and properly accessorized to fit the overall theme of the show. She is also responsible for scheduling the show sets, call times for each production department, the order that the models walk the runway in, and execution on the day of the show. It's a lot of work, but it possible when you truly loves what you do.

Juliana Kagan is a stylist, fashion creator and beauty and style guide. Inventive, upbeat and industrious Fashion Stylist with 8 years of hands-on experience in providing designs that are unique, tasteful and up-to-date. Juliana conducts workshops, individual consultations, teaches classes for stylists and art persons; writes articles about fashion and art.

Started professional career in St-Petersburg, Russia, where she was born and raised. Juliana graduated from the Saint-Petersburg Academy of Theatrical Arts with a Master’s degree in “Management of Performing Arts”. She collaborated with multiple top Russian theater directors, was an organizer of many theatrical festivals, worked with TV, Theater and Ballet stars.

After moving to the USA, Juliana was pleased to continue career in Philadelphia.

Irina Kabak

Irina Kabak was born in Siberia, Russia, in the mid 80s and came to the US in 2006. Very soon she found her true calling - makeup and beauty. Ever since Irina obtained her skin care license, she has used it not only for aesthetic services, but also for makeup artistry as well.

Irina believes that good makeup starts with good skin and loves to balance makeup creativity and skin care science. This holistic approach helps Irina’s clients to achieve the best results.
The founder of Cinderella Wedding Co. LLC, a provider of bridal hair and makeup services, Irina was influenced by both American traditions and European portrait paintings by Da Vinci and Klimt. Irina perceives every woman as a beautiful creature and navigates her clients through the process of revealing their true beauty.

Irina’s 8-year experience includes working for Fashion Weeks in Philadelphia and New York City, doing makeup for films, musical videos and theater, as well as teaching her makeup artistry to future models and actors at John Casablancas School. Extensive experience working with people made Irina an excellent service provider who listens carefully to each and every client. Irina’s artistry goes above and beyond providing makeup services. As a true artist she reveals natural beauty by enhancing the best features of one’s face.
