Welcome to uLooq. I’m Juliana Kagan, founder of uLooq, a creative space rooted in style, self-expression, sustainable fashion, and meaningful connection.

Based in Mount Airy, Philadelphia, I believe fashion can be a beautiful form of self-expression while still being thoughtful and conscious. For me, style is about how we see ourselves, how we connect with others, and how we choose to live.

Through uLooq, I work with individuals, companies, and organizations, creating thoughtful styling experiences, creative collaborations, and community events that bring people together through fashion, creativity, and connection.

My story

From a childhood Love of Style to uLooq

My love for fashion began long before I became a stylist. Growing up in Russia, I remember myself as a little girl creating looks from whatever I had around me. In the 1990s, my family sometimes received boxes of donated clothes from Europe, and I loved discovering the unexpected pieces inside. Looking back, I realize that curiosity and joy of creating something beautiful from what already existed were the roots of my passion for fashion and sustainability.

My professional journey began in 2011 in St. Petersburg, when I styled a client for an event with a prominent Russian celebrity. Her glowing feedback and the confidence she carried that evening showed me how powerful personal style can be. That moment became a turning point in my career.

Today, I live in Pennsylvania, working with individuals, companies, and community projects through uLooq, and curating pre-owned fashion with care. uLooq is my biggest passion as it’s all about creativity, self-expression, and seeing possibilities in what already exists.

I haven’t found what I’m looking for. Do you offer services not listed on your website?

Yes, I do offer customized services. Simply fill out the form on the Contact me page and describe your request. I’ll be happy to get in touch and discuss possible options.

I just sent you a request through the Contact me page. When should I expect to hear from you?

I’ll get back to you within 1 to 2 business days. If it’s time sensitive, just mention that in your message, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

I would like to work with you, but I prefer to remain private. Can you keep my images off social media?

Absolutely. Your privacy is important to me. I will never share your images on social media or use them for promotional purposes without your permission. If you’d prefer to remain completely private, I’m happy to respect that.

I have ordered a Gift Certificate on your website. How and when will I receive it?

Once your payment is received, I’ll send the gift certificate to the email address provided with your order, usually within one to two business days.

I’m interested in working with you on behalf of my company. Do you offer services for corporate clients?

Yes, I do offer services for teams and corporate projects. It can include styling sessions or curated wardrobe/uniform selections depending on the project needs. Just share a little about your company and what you’re looking for and we’ll go from there.

I’m an artist and I’d love to work with you. Do you collaborate with artists and creatives?

Absolutely, I’d love to hear from you! You can say hi through the contact form or simply email me anytime.

How can I book a personal styling session with you?

You can book a complimentary 30-minute call through Calendly. After our call, we can discuss your needs and plan the best styling experience for you.

I am not in Philly. Can you come to my place?

Yes! Depending on your location and what you’re looking for, I may be able to come to you. Just reach out through the Contact me page or email me, and we can talk through the possibilities.

Do you charge travel fees?

It depends on distance. Share your location and I’ll let you know if a fee applies.

Can you bring a curated selection of pieces to my home?

Yes, I do private wardrobe selections for clients. I bring pieces tailored to your style to your home, and you only keep what feels right for you. No extra buzzwords, no confusion.

Hope Jidenma

Hope Jidenma is a Fashion Show Producer, in charge of every aspect of a runway fashion show production. She has seven years of fashion show production experience starting as an undergraduate at the Art Institute of Philadelphia where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Marketing. As the producer, she coordinate and bring all pieces of the show together, including models, staff, lights, sound, and seating. She loves this work because the responsibilities include both the creative and business duties of producing a fashion show; And of course she loves fashion!

She works with designers in choosing the pieces that form the collection seen onstage. Once the pieces for the collection are chosen, she brings in stylists to make sure the outfits are fitted to models and properly accessorized to fit the overall theme of the show. She is also responsible for scheduling the show sets, call times for each production department, the order that the models walk the runway in, and execution on the day of the show. It's a lot of work, but it possible when you truly loves what you do.

Juliana Kagan

Juliana Kagan is a stylist, fashion creator and beauty and style guide. Inventive, upbeat and industrious Fashion Stylist with 8 years of hands-on experience in providing designs that are unique, tasteful and up-to-date. Juliana conducts workshops, individual consultations, teaches classes for stylists and art persons; writes articles about fashion and art.

Started professional career in St-Petersburg, Russia, where she was born and raised. Juliana graduated from the Saint-Petersburg Academy of Theatrical Arts with a Master’s degree in “Management of Performing Arts”. She collaborated with multiple top Russian theater directors, was an organizer of many theatrical festivals, worked with TV, Theater and Ballet stars.

After moving to the USA, Juliana was pleased to continue career in Philadelphia.
Substantial work involvement in the fashion industry with various types of activities associated with fashion styling. Possesses an immense understanding of the suitability of particular fashions. Extensive hands-on experience in personal fashion services and consultations.

Irina Kabak

Irina Kabak was born in Siberia, Russia, in the mid 80s and came to the US in 2006. Very soon she found her true calling - makeup and beauty. Ever since Irina obtained her skin care license, she has used it not only for aesthetic services, but also for makeup artistry as well.

Irina believes that good makeup starts with good skin and loves to balance makeup creativity and skin care science. This holistic approach helps Irina’s clients to achieve the best results.
The founder of Cinderella Wedding Co. LLC, a provider of bridal hair and makeup services, Irina was influenced by both American traditions and European portrait paintings by Da Vinci and Klimt. Irina perceives every woman as a beautiful creature and navigates her clients through the process of revealing their true beauty.

Irina’s 8-year experience includes working for Fashion Weeks in Philadelphia and New York City, doing makeup for films, musical videos and theater, as well as teaching her makeup artistry to future models and actors at John Casablancas School. Extensive experience working with people made Irina an excellent service provider who listens carefully to each and every client. Irina’s artistry goes above and beyond providing makeup services. As a true artist she reveals natural beauty by enhancing the best features of one’s face.
